send several individuals for the same training class, it may be
worthwhile to arrange for a customized workshop just for them. Discounts available.

Refunds, less a $25 administration fee, will be given if
written cancellation is received five business days prior to the
course or workshop start date.
We are committed to providing the highest quality training
environment and experience while you are here, and want you to be
completely satisfied. In short, if you're not happy, we're not
happy either. In this spirit, we offer the following guarantees:
- If any class you attend is not meeting your expectations,
please let the instructor know immediately and we will
refund your course fee without prejudice (less a $25
administrative fee), providing all course materials and
workbooks are returned to us. We may ask that you
elaborate your reasons, but only so that we may adjust
our training program where necessary.
- Any class you attend here may be repeated at no extra
cost for a period of up to 6 months from your
original class date, on a space-available basis, and provided a newer release of Autocad or other software title is not currently being used in the currently scheduled course . Please
contact the CAD Training Center Manager via email at ATCManager@unh.edu
if you have any questions and/ or wish to take advantage of this offer.
